Service Calls
With our upfront pricing and same day service, Arctic
makes repairing your home comfort system less stressful. We
service all make and models of heat pumps, gas furnaces, and
water source heating and cooling equipment. Arctic offers
after-hour repairs, as well as emergency 24-hour and holiday
service calls.
Routine Maintenance
As with an automobile your heating and cooling system also needs
routine maintenance to continue operating efficiently.
Arctic offers a residential and commercial ESA (Energy
Savings Agreement) maintenance program. The program includes (2)
equipment tune-ups per year, priority service, 15% discount on
all repairs, and no overtime charges on emergency repairs. The
agreements are available in 1, 2, and 3-year plans and are
transferable. Commercial agreements offer additional services
such as monthly filter replacements and refrigeration equipment
cleaning.
System Replacement
When it comes time to replace your existing home comfort system
there are a lot of factors to consider. Our knowledgeable
comfort consultants will explain different options on equipment:
brand, efficiency, capacity, and functionality. This allows you get a new
heating and cooling system that best fits your family's needs.
Arctic comfort consultants will perform an in-home analysis and
provide you with a written estimate and equipment brochures so
you know exactly what the system replacement will consist of.
Arctic is also capable of assisting you with commercial system
replacements.
New Construction
Arctic
offers new construction installation for residential,
commercial, and multi-family projects. We will design a heating
and cooling system that best utilizes the layout of your home to
ensure a balanced comfort level throughout. Duct design and
equipment capacity is a critical part when installing a new
system, that is why a load calculation is performed on all
projects prior to installation. |
